PLEASE NOTE: If you are submitting a petition for a contract/independent study or internship course (including 195, 197, 198, and 199 courses), please ALSO submit: 1) a list of weekly readings if they are not already included on the syllabus, and 2) your final paper or project (or equivalent written work if the course did not require a final paper or project).
