Biography
Sylvie Vidan is a doctoral candidate in Comparative Literature studying 20th century literature and film in and between the Soviet Union, Yugoslavia, and various parts of Latin America. Her dissertation project focuses on post-revolutionary travel writing and film in the 1920s and 1960s, with an emphasis on internationalism and the Non-Aligned Movement.
